How long does shipping take?

Every order leaves our shop within one business day. There's no charge for standard shipping to US addresses, and FedEx Express 3-day, 2-day and 1-day upgrades are offered at checkout. Shipping to Canada is a flat $55.

When should I order for Christmas?

Order by December 17 with free standard shipping to have it before Christmas. After that date, pick a FedEx Express upgrade at checkout.

Can I return my map?

Yes. Send it back unused within 14 days after it's delivered. Email lakechartinfo@gmail.com to start a return and we'll reply with the return address; our return policy has the full details.

What if it arrives damaged?

Email photos to lakechartinfo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a new one or give you a full refund, at our expense.

What are the maps made of?

Each map is a stack of Baltic birch layers cut by laser, one layer per depth contour, so deeper water sits lower than the shoreline. The water is tinted so it stands out from the land, and place names are engraved into the wood (or printed in color on our UV charts). Framed 3D charts have an acrylic glass front.

Do they make good gifts?

Yes. People order them for lake houses, anniversaries and retirements. If it's a gift, enter the recipient's address at checkout and we'll ship it straight to them.
