Shipping policy

Processing time

Every order leaves our shop on the next business day (Monday to Friday, holidays excluded). A tracking link is emailed to you when it ships.

United States

Standard shipping is free on all US orders. FedEx Express 3-day, 2-day and 1-day upgrades are offered at checkout, priced there.

Canada

A flat $55 USD per order. Duties and import taxes, if any, are paid by the buyer.

Holiday shipping

Order by December 17 with free standard shipping for delivery before Christmas. After December 17, pick a FedEx Express upgrade at checkout.

Damaged in transit

If your map arrives damaged, email lakechartinfo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and attach a photo of the piece and its box. We'll sort out a replacement or refund.
