14-day returns

Changed your mind? Send it back within 14 days after it's delivered and we'll refund the item price.

Starting a return

Email lakechartinfo@gmail.com with your order number and which item is coming back. We'll send the return address and packing instructions. Please wrap the map well (the original box is best) and use a tracked shipping service.

Condition

Returned items need to be unused, undamaged and in the same condition they arrived in.

Refunds

After the return reaches us and we've checked it, we'll issue the refund to the card or account you paid with and email you a confirmation. Depending on your bank, the credit can take several business days to appear.

Return shipping is the customer's cost unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order.

Damaged or wrong item

Did your order arrive damaged, or did we send the wrong item? Email photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a new one or give you a full refund, at our expense.

Gifts

For gifts shipped directly to the recipient, returns are refunded as store credit.
